Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Gatti Chutney’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and other content aligned with the brand's image and goals
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain high engagement levels
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, impressions) and prepare monthly social media performance reports
- Collaborate with designers and photographers to create high-quality visuals and videos for online platforms
- Write engaging captions, post descriptions, and campaign copy aligned with Gatti Chutney’s voice and tone
- Develop innovative content ideas, such as behind-the-scenes videos, recipe showcases, or team spotlights, to keep the audience engaged
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and sales
- Monitor and optimize ad campaigns to ensure the best return on investment (ROI)
- Research social media trends and competitor strategies to keep Gatti Chutney ahead in the market
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, such as local events, food festivals, and collaborations
- Manage distribution of flyers, pamphlets, and other promotional materials in target locations
- Identify and build partnerships with local businesses and influencers for cross-promotions and collaborations
- Track the performance and ROI of offline marketing activities and present findings to the Founder
- Collect and analyze customer feedback from both online and offline platforms to improve marketing strategies
- Engage with the community and customers to increase brand loyalty
- Develop strategies to increase footfall in outlets through local marketing initiatives
- Organize and oversee promotional events, including setting up stalls, banners, and giveaways
- Coordinate logistics and team requirements for events to ensure smooth execution
