We are hiring a Junior Recruitment Consultant to assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in talent acquisition and recruitment consulting.

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for various roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Assist in offer negotiations and onboarding processes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
