Position Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Junior Recruiters to join our recruitment team. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

• Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.

• Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and timely records of all recruitment activities.

• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Reporting: Assist in generating reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
