Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and deliver results.
• Manage and update recruitment databases to track candidate progress.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates and resolving queries.
• Support in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Stay updated with market trends and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
