Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic tech recruiter who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing suitable candidates for various employment opportunities. This is a placement consultancy role with a strong emphasis on meeting monthly placement targets while delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, internal databases).
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings to shortlist the most qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients.
• Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates during the hiring process.
• Follow up with placed candidates to aid their onboarding process.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate and client databases.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly placement targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates for ongoing and future placements.
• Prepare reports related to placement activity, candidate pipeline, and performance metrics.
