Junior Recruiter (Freshers Only)

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter (Freshers Only) to join our HR team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about recruitment and eager to learn the end-to-end hiring process while supporting various recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.

Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.

Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Job Posting: Post job advertisements on job boards and company platforms.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and addressing any queries.

Offer Management: Assist in preparing and communicating job offers to selected candidates.

Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.

Recruitment Reporting: Assist in generating recruitment reports and tracking key metrics.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
