Job Description
Sources, identifies, and recruits candidates for employment. Interviews and screens applicants. Coordinates reference checks and employment processing. Conducts employment advertising campaigns and programs. Maintains college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs. Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects, including agency performance. Works with external resources including temporary agencies, contract search and internet sourcing tools.
