Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Junior People Operations Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for recent MBA & BBA graduates who are passionate about people operations and eager to contribute to various HR processes, including employee onboarding, HR administration, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding: Assist in managing the employee onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.

HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all data.

Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies across the organization.

Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits administration, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth processes.

Data Management: Manage HR data and ensure accurate reporting on employee metrics and HR KPIs.

Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and providing support on HR-related matters.

Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.

HR Reporting: Generate reports on various HR metrics, including employee turnover, headcount, and performance data.

Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members to ensure smooth people operations and support for all employees.

Qualifications:

MBA or BBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR principles and operational processes.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR management systems.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the people operations field.
