Job Purpose
Responsible for planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing initiatives for the Training programs organized by GMR Aero Academy Company, including Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing. Working closely with the Corporate Communication Team in getting the related creatives, approvals, etc., for posting on Website and Social Media Platforms.
Key Accountabilities
Working on Digital Campaigns of all the Courses (across all Location) and work closely with BD Team for proper outreach. Working closely with Website, Social Media & Digital Campaign Agency and provide targets to increase the followers of all Social Media handles of GMR Aero Academy. Collate the leads from the Website, Digital Marketing campaigns on a weekly basis and provide it to the respective BD Teams across the locations. Ensure the Digital campaigns reach the target youth as per the specifications of the programs. Create and manage content for Company's social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
Lead Generation
Liasoning with all BD teams and helping them create Short Videos, posts of testimonials of Students each week and post them on Social media platforms of GMR Aero Academy.
