Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Talent Management: Support in designing and executing talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.

Workforce Planning: Contribute to workforce planning efforts to ensure the company's talent needs are met.

HR Analytics: Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Organizational Development: Help in designing and executing programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.

Change Management: Assist in planning and executing change management initiatives to support business transformations.

Policy Review: Collaborate in reviewing and updating HR policies to align with best practices.

Qualifications:

MBA or BBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
