Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Junior HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in recruitment and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone interviews to identify suitable candidates.

• Candidate Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

• Job Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential candidate sources and stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.

• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in our HR databases, ensuring accurate tracking of applications and communications.

• Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.

• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through regular communication and follow-ups to enhance candidate experience.

• Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all candidate interactions.

• Reporting: Generate basic recruitment reports to track key metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall recruitment efforts and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition with a desire to build a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
