Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for freshers eager to gain experience in a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The Junior HR Generalist will support various HR initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the company, including orientation and paperwork completion.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and help promote a positive workplace culture.
• HR Administration: Manage and update employee records in HR systems and maintain up-to-date HR documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and company standards.
• Training & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
• Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by helping to track employee progress and development goals.
• General HR Support: Provide day-to-day support to the HR team on various HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and general HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
