Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR Associate (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide exposure to all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The Junior HR Associate will assist in day-to-day HR activities, gaining hands-on experience and developing foundational skills in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, sourcing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring timely communication with applicants.
Employee Onboarding:
- Help with the onboarding process by preparing new hire documents, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth transitions for new employees.
HR Operations:
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, and managing documentation for employee life-cycle events.
Payroll and Attendance:
- Support payroll processing by managing attendance records, handling leave applications, and addressing payroll-related queries.
Employee Engagement:
- Help plan and organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and employee wellness programs.
Data Entry and Management:
- Ensure accurate entry and management of employee data in HR systems while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Assist in maintaining HR compliance records and support the documentation process for audits and other compliance-related activities.
Training and Development:
- Support the coordination of training sessions, track attendance, and gather feedback from participants to improve future training programs.
Employee Relations:
- Assist with employee relations by addressing basic employee inquiries, supporting conflict resolution efforts, and helping manage grievance documentation.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on HR best practices and emerging industry trends to contribute ideas for improving HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
