Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior HR Associate (Fresher) to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.

• Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing orientation materials and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

• Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing HR-related documents and files.

• Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, training sessions, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.

• Payroll & Benefits Assistance: Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee information and assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs.

• Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies by keeping records up to date and supporting HR audits.

• HR Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and track metrics like employee attendance, turnover rates, and leave balances.

• Learning & Development: Participate in HR training sessions and workshops to gain a deeper understanding of HR practices and processes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members and departments to support the overall operations of the HR function and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
