Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding Coordination: Help prepare onboarding materials, coordinate orientation sessions, and ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
• Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• HR Documentation: Support the HR team with the preparation and management of HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination forms.
• Employee Assistance: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies and procedures.
• Data Entry: Update HR databases with employee information and relevant records.
• General Administrative Support: Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:
