Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding Assistance: Help prepare onboarding materials and assist with the smooth orientation of new employees.
• HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Employee Relations: Support the HR team in handling employee inquiries and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and company standards.
• Data Management: Assist in updating and maintaining the HR database with employee information.
• Training Coordination: Help organize training sessions and other employee development activities.
• General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations and ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
