Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR professional to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to develop their career in human resources by gaining hands-on experience across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Assistance:

Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

Onboarding Support:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

Employee Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.

Policy Communication:

Assist in disseminating HR policies and addressing employee inquiries.

Attendance and Leave Tracking:

Monitor and maintain attendance records and leave management systems.

Training Coordination:

Help organize training programs and employee development initiatives.

Employee Engagement:

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws, and maintain necessary documentation.

HR Reporting:

Generate HR-related reports and analytics as required.

Administrative Tasks:

Provide administrative support to the HR team to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior internships or experience in HR is a plus.
