We’re looking for a Junior Finance Manager who is passionate about managing financial operations, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You’ll work closely with our finance and leadership teams to prepare budgets, track financial performance, and support decision-making for long-term business growth.

 Location: Onsite (Surat, Gujarat)

 Experience: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates with strong knowledge are encouraged to apply)

 Core Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with auditors, accountants, and internal teams
• Provide support in tax filings and payroll processing

 Ideal Candidate

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Bonus: Knowledge of taxation, compliance, or corporate finance

 Tools & Platforms

• Accounting: Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, MS Excel
• Collaboration: MS Teams, Slack, Google Workspace
• Reporting: Power BI, Excel Dashboards

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• MBA Finance, CA Inter, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply

 Availability

• Full-time (Monday to Friday)
• 40 hours/week
• 8 hrs/day, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
