Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and make informed decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network.
- Must be able to consistently seek opportunities to sell and maximize company revenue within the assigned territory.
- Must be able to prepare and review monthly and weekly sales plans for the designated territory.
- Must be able to embrace continuous learning of the product by exploring small modules daily, recognizing that domain, business, and product knowledge contribute significantly to success.
- Must be able to understand the nuances of customer decision-making to improve win rates and accelerate order closures.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills and close business deals profitably for Naalvar Solutions.
- Must be able to follow established systems and processes, and utilize CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% accurate data entry for all leads, prospects, customers, and partner engagements.
