The Challenge

• Perform Routine Testing: Conduct tests on Instrument Transformers, CT/CVT/GIS VTs (Electrical Tests) within the stipulated time frame, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Operate Testing Equipment: Proficiently operate SF6 handling plants, Cranes, and High Voltage Testing kits.
• Troubleshoot and Diagnose: Identify and resolve faults in products and wiring efficiently. Communication of failure & report diagnosis.
• Maintenance: carry out necessary preventive maintenance of all equipment’s & labs.
• Participate in Improvement Programs: Actively engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous Improvement programs, Compliance and Corporate Governance, and adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines.
  
  

We Don’t Need Superheroes, Just Super Minds:

• Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a total experience of 2-3 years, including at least 1 year of experience in High Voltage routine testing.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in all three shifts.
• Technical Skills:
• Understanding of manufacturing and assembly drawings.
• Proficiency in preparing documentation and maintaining records of performed tests.
• Experience in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in front of customers.
• EHS Knowledge: Familiarity with environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniques to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
