Position Summary

We are looking for a Junior Electronics Service / Repair Technician who is passionate about electronics and eager to learn. This role is ideal for candidates at the early stage of their career who want to gain hands-on experience in repairing industrial electronics such as PCBs, power supplies, and automation components. Working under the guidance of senior technicians, you will perform basic troubleshooting, assist in repairs, and continuously improve your technical skills. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in industrial electronics repair and grow within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in repair and maintenance of industrial electronic instruments and equipment.
• Perform basic soldering and PCB-level repair tasks.
• Support senior technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
• Follow repair processes and quality standards set by the team.
• Learn and apply new technologies and repair techniques.
• Maintain tools, workbench, and ensure a safe working environment.
• Document repair activities and maintain service records.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of repair jobs.
  
  

Requirements / Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics is preferable.
• 1–3 years of experience in electronics repair OR fresher with strong academic knowledge and interest in electronics.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with soldering and handling small components (SMD knowledge is a plus).
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Ability to work independently on small tasks and in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn advanced repair techniques and grow into a senior role.
