Due to our on-going success securing large-scale projects for 2024, we have a requirement forJunior Architect join our Project Services Department in Bangalore.

Responsibilities
- Creating- 3D block models of SMP (Site Master Plan).
- SMP renderings & birds eye views
- 3D block models to explain/illustrate SMP Phasing strategy
- 3D block models to illustrate existing Vs proposed for Brownfield projects.
- Quick 3D sectional views to explain client, the scale of areas & can be used for better internal coordination.
- Prepare 3D block models to use for 30-60-90% reviews
- 3D renderings for client presentations
- Develop an ID skill set in Bangalore - Production offices, Labs etc.
- An architect with a Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree and 2 to 3 years of professional experience is sought.
- Proficiency in modelling, rendering, creating walkthroughs, animations using Sketch Up is necessary.
- The candidate should be adept at developing client presentations utilizing software such as Photoshop and PowerPoint.
- The individual must exhibit outstanding communication skills and demonstrate the ability to collaborate efficiently with other offices within the PM Group.
- Experience in interior design, particularly for offices and laboratories, is considered as an additional asset.
- Familiarity in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
