Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead for International Sales to drive B2B sales for our Flash Delivery product, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across global markets. As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base internationally, helping businesses embrace the benefits of instant delivery to enhance their operations.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve international sales targets by identifying and nurturing business relationships across multiple regions.
• Present and demonstrate the value of our flash delivery platform to prospective clients, showcasing how it can enhance their business logistics and delivery capabilities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering ongoing support and insights on optimizing their use of the platform to boost business efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client feedback and implement continuous improvements to the product and services.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in different countries to drive product innovation and international expansion.
  
  

You Should Have

• 3+ years of experience in team management and international sales, with a strong record of driving B2B sales in industries such as SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce.
• A demonstrated ability to build relationships with global clients and close sales deals in different markets.
• A thorough understanding of technology platforms and their application in business operations, enabling you to effectively communicate product benefits to potential customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultural and regional differences.
• A highly motivated and result-driven mindset, eager to expand business growth in new international markets.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related Graduate/Post Graduate in any Competitive salary based on qualifications and international experience.
