Job Description -
Interpret and implement detailed engineering plans and blueprints on site.
Ensure that construction activities are performed according to design specifications and technical standards.
Oversee installation, maintenance, and operations of project systems and equipment.
Supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure they adhere to project plans and schedules.
Coordinate daily work activities and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
Inspect construction work and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Implement quality control processes, conducting tests and inspections as required.
Address any deviations or non-conformities immediately and ensure corrective actions are taken.erve as a liaison between the project management team, clients, and subcontractors.
Facilitate clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Address any technical or operational queries from stakeholders and provide timely solutions.
