We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Professional to help ensure the reliability, functionality, and overall quality of our web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
Skills:- Manual testing, Software Testing (QA), JIRA, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and UI/UX
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage test scenarios and test plans derived from both technical specifications and business needs.
- Conduct various types of testing—functional, regression, exploratory, and usability—across web and mobile platforms.
- Log and monitor bugs or issues using tools such as JIRA, Trello, or other tracking systems.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure optimal product quality.
- Validate bug resolutions and verify deployments during release phases.
- Offer constructive input on UI/UX design, application performance, and overall usability.
- Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and suggest improvements to QA workflows.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
