- Supporting hiring from writing job posts to screening and coordinating interviews.
- Managing attendance, leaves, and basic HR documentation.
- Helping with onboarding and making new team members feel settled.
- Maintaining communication between teams and management - no lost messages.
- Assisting in team engagement, training coordination, and culture-building activities.
- A learner who doesn’t shy away from doing groundwork.
- Open-minded, grounded, and genuinely interested in people.
- Organized, observant, and someone who likes to bring order to things.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital agency setup.
