Must-Have Technical Skills
- Java (Core & Advanced) Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience
- Spring Boot Framework Deep understanding of building RESTful APIs & backend logic
- Microservices Architecture Experience designing & implementing scalable microservices
- AWS Services Working knowledge of key AWS tools and services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
- CI/CD Pipelines Familiar with automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.
- Docker Containerization experience to streamline development and deployment
- Problem Solving Strong analytical and debugging skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform or other DevOps tools
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
