Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Java Developer with strong experience in Java 8+ and the Spring Boot ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems in a microservices architecture. You will be part of an agile, cross-functional team delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, relational databases, and third-party services.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of backend components.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively and efficiently.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong programming expertise in Java 8 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems like GitLab or GitHub.
• Experience with Maven or Gradle build tools.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or similar frameworks.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to Spring Cloud for building distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Domain experience in Healthcare or related industries.
