About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Java Cloud Developer with experience in AWS-based development. The individual will design, develop, and implement high-quality cloud applications, ensuring scalability and performance. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement robust, cloud-based Java applications on AWS.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other teams to understand requirements and provide accurate estimates.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs for optimal performance and scalability.
• Follow established manual and automated build and deployment processes, including code repository and configuration management.
• Apply Continuous Delivery principles using tools such as Kubernetes, AKS, and Docker.
• Work with microservices architecture and apply design patterns and architectural blueprints.
  
  

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AWS-based Java development.
• Strong understanding of microservices design and application architecture.
• Familiarity with Continuous Delivery tools and containerisation technologies (Kubernetes, AKS, Docker).
• Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in application development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
