Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in IT support or related role
- Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with Windows and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Provide technical support to end-users for software, hardware, and network related issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects
- Handle Server system , End point security
