Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experts to model and continuously improve the “Infrastructure for Manufacturing Applications” service.
• Help to shape and align the service with the vision and strategic goals of the infrastructure department.
• Coordinate and improve daily, yearly and special activities with the internal teams and external IT service providers.
• Coordinate and improve Operating System and Database patching activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Drive the creation and implementation of permanent solutions to recurring critical issues.
• Monitor and supervise the service quality delivered by external IT providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and high standards.
• Facilitate documentation, communication, and reporting related to IT operations and changes.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Strong background in IT, with hands-on experience preferred.
• Desirable: Experience with operating systems, databases, and manufacturing systems.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives.Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
• Structured, analytical thinking with a passion for consistent problem analysis and resolution
• Ability and openness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken) are essential.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Critical thinker with a mindset for continuous improvement.
