The SAP CO/Product Costing Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing our finance processes through the strategic use of technology. This individual is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Syensqo’s SAP CO modules, with special emphasis in Product Costing in general and Actual Costing/Material Ledger in particular. We seek a tech-savvy professional with a robust understanding of one or more of these solutions, passionate about leveraging technology to streamline finance processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve SAP Product Costing functionalities to ensure business continuity; own the technical aspects of the application; ensure system integrity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex SAP Product Costing issues;
  
  

ensure smooth operation, optimization, and troubleshooting of the SAP CO PC solutions.

• Work closely with other IT finance experts to analyze business and functional requirements;
• propose solutions for finance processes and translate business needs into system requirements; identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP CO landscape.
• Provide expertise and guidance to the ERP Rebuild project (ongoing S/4HANA transformation project), ensuring seamless integration into finance’s daily operations.
• Participate as a project member or Project Manager in SAP CO/Product Costing projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and system security; adhere to Syensqo IT policies and standards, with a focus on Cybersecurity compliance and exhaustive documentation.
  
  

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT finance jobs.
• 5-years demonstrable experience supporting SAP Actual Costing/Material Ledger in manufacturing companies is essential. Strong knowledge of SAP CO sub-modules is required.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 is beneficial.
