Experience - 1-2 Years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
In-depth understanding of technology roles, skills, and industry trends
Strong sourcing skills using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
