Job Summary
Our Recruiters work in a fast-paced, high volume recruiting organization. Each plays an important role in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships - often providing candidates with their first impression of Lowe’s. The ideal person will be an organizational expert, work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and candidates, possess great communication skills, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a top recruiting organization.
They will look to source, build, qualify and maintain talent pipelines in coordination with Lowe’s India’s various recruitment needs. You will work with hiring managers and recruiting teams across all Lowe’s departments or business groups. With each candidate interaction, you will support and maintain Lowe’s employment brand.

Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Build qualified and diverse candidate pipelines.
- Work with recruiting teams and hiring managers to identify talent needs
- Contact prospective candidates through online and offline resources
- Qualify quality candidates through phone screenings and interviews
- Pass qualified candidates on to recruiting teams and hiring managers
- Keep candidate pipelines engaged throughout the recruiting process
- Maintain efficient and effective communication with candidates and recruiting teams
- Maintain and update CRM and ATS with correct and accurate information and status for all candidates at all times
- Conduct research and update team on new and changing recruitment and sourcing technologies and methods
- Generate hiring activity reports
- 3 to 5 years of extensive experience is recruitment (particularly Sourcing) for IT Organization
- Experience with candidates’ relationship management (CRM), applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Hands-on experience with Various sourcing channels, Job boards, social sourcing, Referrals & others
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Acute attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should be hands-on with modern / latest sourcing techniques.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Full time Graduation / Post -graduation qualification.
- Strong Microsoft proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Primary Skills (must have)
- Candidate should have at least 3 years hands on experience
- Hands on experience working on IT Technologies
- Candidate should be someone who understand the Technologies and help business and who proactively get involved and help enable business
- Acts as a single point of the contact for Recruitment for particular BU
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client s side
- Manage the weekend drive
- Builds a strong database
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Flexible to travel to different locations based on requirements
- Account management focus, skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations
- Must have experience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
- This individual will be heavily networked and will be knowledgeable of leading search practices.
- Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision; proven ability to act at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced; must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
