Roles And Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing :
- Utilize platforms like Naukri , LinkedIn , and Indeed to source and attract top technical talent.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Candidate Screening :
- Conduct initial telephonic and video screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly.
- Interview Coordination :
- Schedule interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
- Provide feedback to both candidates and interview panels.
- Data Management :
- Maintain and update recruitment data using Excel trackers, including candidate information, interview schedules, feedback, and hiring status.
- Pipeline Development :
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future technical hiring needs.
- Engage with passive candidates and build strong relationships for future opportunities.
- Recruitment Reports :
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports to track hiring progress and challenges.
- Market Research :
- Stay updated on industry trends, technical skillsets, and market demand to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure alignment in the recruitment process.
- Experience : 1+ year in technical recruitment.
- Platforms : Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like Naukri , LinkedIn , and Indeed .
- Tools : Proficiency in Excel for maintaining and analyzing recruitment data.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge : Basic understanding of IT/technical roles and terminologies.
- Organization : Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability : Quick learner with a proactive approach to challenges.
