The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the US staffing industry.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure contracts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to management.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Education: Prefer B.Tech, BCA BSc In IT or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with IT Trends and Technology.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in the IST time zone.
