Job Description
As part of our core IT Operations team, you’ll ensure that every classroom runs flawlessly, every faculty member stays connected, and every challenge gets resolved — fast.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Handling system and hardware issues — desktops, laptops, servers.
- Troubleshooting internet and network issues — wired and WiFi.
- Fixing printer, scanner, and classroom AV equipment problems.
- Supporting Outlook and email configuration issues.
- Managing remote access tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zoom, etc.
- Keeping classroom IT infrastructure live and error-free.
- Maintaining IT inventories and asset logs.
- Performing regular system updates and backups.
- Coordinating with vendors for repairs, AMC, and procurement.
- Graduate in any discipline (BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support or system administration.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day IT issues independently.
- MCA / CCNA / MCSE or other relevant certifications.
- Familiarity with network routers, switches, Windows/Linux systems.
- Experience with classroom setups, CCTV systems, biometric devices.
- You may be required to support multiple centers in India.
- Rotational shifts ensure learning across different centers and systems.
- Emergency support may be needed.
