About The Role
Job Title: IT Executive
Location: Gandhinagar
- Initial point of contact for users experiencing desktop-related issues.
- Diagnose and fix problems with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Ensure users have the necessary software and keep it up-to-date.
- Configure and set up new computers for users.
- Provide support remotely using tools like screen sharing.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their issues and provide solutions.
- Quickly identify the root cause of problems and determine the best course of action.
- Resolve basic issues independently and escalate complex ones to higher-level support teams.
- Track and manage all IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
- Set up and troubleshoot email accounts for users, including configuring email settings, adding accounts, and resolving issues with sending and receiving emails.
