Job Description
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organisational objectives in the mechanical industry.
- Oversee the management and optimisation of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with various business units in Mumbai to identify and address their technology needs.
- Drive digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with data security and industry regulations across all IT systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimise service delivery.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Monitor IT budgets and ensure cost-effective utilisation of resources.
A successful IT BP Head should have:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong experience in IT management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in managing IT systems and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of IT compliance and regulatory standards in the mechanical industry.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
