Key Responsibilities
Technical Support:
- Provide first-line technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with login problems, software installation, and general IT inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computers, printers, and other hardware.
- Assist in software installation, updates, and license management.
- Inventory management for IT assets and supplies.
- Assist in network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers and switches.
- Associate degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (bachelors degree preferred).
- Proven experience working in an IT support role or similar position.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
