IT Applications Specialist I

We are seeking a highly skilled and self motivated Technical enthusiast with expertise in Oracle EBS to join our dynamic IT team which is supporting a Regional PES Business Operations.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite to support, enhance, and optimize our ERP systems to ensure seamless business operations. As a critical member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing our current EBS implementation pain areas, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions. Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will be key in troubleshooting issues, implementing new features, and executing necessary upgrades. You will work closely with Our Core Oracle Functional & Technical team, project managers to gather requirements from business users, design enhancements, and ensure that the system aligns with our organizational ERP. Additionally, you will provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the ERP system effectively. This position will be reporting to Oracle Lead for region to support PES Vertical business and ensure to help them grow.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the solutions meet business needs.
• Work with Oracle Functional team for new developments and enhancement.
• Support to business for routine transactions where technical support required.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and changes in the ERP system.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Oracle EBS R12 issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Day to Day Business L2 support on ERP Transaction when required by IT Helpdesk team
• Added Responsibility look at Automation opportunities within the Business and utilize existing / Power Platform Knowledge to ensure Operation efficiency improvement with help from Automation CoE team.
• Support, Maintain & Manage Non-ERP Business Application with help from Original Vendor.
  
  

Work Experience : - 3 to 4 Years Relevant Experience in the below:

• Knowledge of OOPS Concept oriented Language and command in one or more Computer languages like Python, JS, PHP will be preferred.
• Understanding of Business Problem and helping them to develop Tool based the ROI with full ownership of Software. Good Understanding of front end & Backend Software Development with minimum 2 experience in Software Development.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven 2-4 experience working with Oracle EBS R12 as a Technical Analyst or similar role would be preferred.
• Experience in developing reports from XML Publisher Reports.
• Must have Expertise in SQL * Loader programming for inbound process in Oracle Applications.
• Must have Expertise in PL/SQL and SQL programming.
• Having Good Experience on Form Personalization would be preferred.
• Have worked with oracle utilities like SQL* Loader, UTL_FILE packages.
• Experience with eye excellence to improve existing Business Process using Automation tools such Power Platform / UI Path Tools will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, particularly in finance and supply chain preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting in Oracle EBS.
