Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Admin Officer to oversee the end-to-end management of our IT systems and ensure smooth office operations. This role is responsible for managing Google Workspace, Slack, MS 365, asset inventory, user access, and network/system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google Workspace, Slack & MS 365 Management:

End-to-end ownership of user accounts (creation, deletion, transfers upon exit) across Google Workspace, Slack, and MS 365.

• Asset Inventory & Compliance:

Manage asset inventory for IT hardware and software, ensuring compliance during onboarding and exit processes.

• User Access Management:

Oversee user access management using JumpCloud for seamless permissions and security.

• Office Tech Supplies & Maintenance:

Manage office tech supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and availability of essential equipment.

Office Administration: Oversee office operations, supplies, and maintain records.

• Network & System Management:

Maintain and troubleshoot network systems and ensure IT infrastructure runs smoothly and securely.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT administration.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, MS 365, and JumpCloud or Okta or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent troubleshooting and system management skills.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, 11am-8pm
