The tech team is the engine room of Adventus.io, responsible for the technical development, direction and alignment of our products. It provides engineering practices, development, release management and issue resolution so we can deliver world class experiences for students in study abroad market while delivering superior value and experience for our partners.
Your Position-
We are seeking two experienced Interview Preparation Experts to join our team and provide expert training to students preparing for university and visa interviews, particularly for the UK, Germany, and Australia. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in interview coaching, with experience in an international education setting.
As an Interview Preparation Expert, you will guide students through mock interviews, offer tips on how to excel during the real interview process, and ensure they are well-prepared for university admission interviews as well as visa-related interviews.

As an Interview Preparation Expert, you will guide students through mock interviews, offer tips on how to excel during the real interview process, and ensure they are well-prepared for university admission interviews as well as visa-related interviews.
Key Responsibilities-
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to prepare students for university and visa interviews, specifically for the UK, Germany, and Australia.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to improve students' interview skills, including verbal communication, body language, and overall presentation.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends, requirements, and processes for university and visa interviews across different countries.
- Create and share resources, tips, and strategies to help students feel confident and prepared for their interviews.
- Track student progress and offer continuous support and encouragement throughout the preparation process.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless coaching experience for students.
- Proven experience in interview coaching or related fields, preferably in an international education context.
- In-depth knowledge of the university and visa interview processes for the UK, Germany, and Australia.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate students.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse student population.
- Prior experience working with students in an academic or coaching capacity is a plus.
