Description
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people and understanding their needs.
- Fluency in Hindi or other languages is a valuable asset for customer interactions.
- Ability to listen actively, identify customer concerns, and provide appropriate support and solutions.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools and productivity applications to assist in daily tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on understanding customer needs.
- A positive attitude towards customer service and support.
- Open to candidates with or without prior experience; enthusiasm to learn is key.
- Primarily office-based work with opportunities for hands-on experience.
- Willingness to adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to group efforts.
