- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
- Screening candidates and scheduling interviews with department heads.
- Responsible for Joining and documentation of the selected candidate.
- Maintaining Personal Documents of Employees.
- Maintaining different MIS Reports of new joinee.
- Maintain database over MS excel, MS word.
- Handling queries of new joinee.
- Job Postings on Portals and social media platforms.
- Assisting Human Resource Team in other backend work as per the requirement.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned time to time by the management.
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate as a fresher or experienced.
- Should have done Graduation related to Human Resource field.
- Knowledge in Recruitment, Job Posting and Human Resource Operation etc.
