Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong skills in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and 3D rendering, and the ability to transform spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments. You will be responsible for managing design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, and working closely with architects and contractors to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts that are both creative and practical, aligning with clients' needs and preferences.
• Create detailed plans and layouts using AutoCAD and Google SketchUp to visualize concepts.
• Generate realistic 3D renderings to showcase design proposals to clients.
• Select appropriate materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and finishes for projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and offer design solutions that meet their budget and timelines.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and incorporate innovative ideas into your designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, including space planning, color theory, and lighting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design concepts to clients.
• Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
