Role: Manager (Interior Design)

Roles And Responsibilities

• Managing sales & design teams and maintaining sales operations.
• Outlining and managing sales budgets.
• Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and - providing detailed sales forecasting.
• Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and -
• improving customer satisfaction.
• Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership -team at company meetings.
• Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
• Managing/ leading sales & design discussions. - Output: Managing their productivity & work output.
• Customer experience & relationship management.
• Managing sales & designing for 12-15 projects month-on-month through a team.
  
  

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent

3+ years' of relevant work experience General business skills

Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment Work Location - Mumbai & Pune
