About The Role
We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to manage, optimize, and secure enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365, Azure, and IT security, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance in cloud and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise identity solutions for seamless authentication and access management.
- Manage and secure enterprise collaboration tools like Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Implement security solutions including Zero Trust models, Conditional Access policies, SIEM (Azure Sentinel), and endpoint protection.
- Conduct threat analysis, vulnerability management, and incident response to enhance cybersecurity posture.
- Perform email security, threat protection, and compliance management to mitigate risks.
- Lead system migrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives to improve IT efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption, governance, and IT transformation.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and other industry standards.
- 8-12 years of experience in system engineering, IT security, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, PowerShell scripting, and enterprise IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, Configuration Manager, and endpoint security solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of network security, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in SIEM tools, threat protection, and vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with automation, scripting, and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
