About The Role

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to manage, optimize, and secure enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365, Azure, and IT security, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance in cloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise identity solutions for seamless authentication and access management.
• Manage and secure enterprise collaboration tools like Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Implement security solutions including Zero Trust models, Conditional Access policies, SIEM (Azure Sentinel), and endpoint protection.
• Conduct threat analysis, vulnerability management, and incident response to enhance cybersecurity posture.
• Perform email security, threat protection, and compliance management to mitigate risks.
• Lead system migrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives to improve IT efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption, governance, and IT transformation.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and other industry standards.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in system engineering, IT security, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, PowerShell scripting, and enterprise IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Configuration Manager, and endpoint security solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of network security, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in SIEM tools, threat protection, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with automation, scripting, and DevOps practices is a plus.
  
  

Certifications (Preferred But Not Mandatory)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
