Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily dispatch operations for both D2C and marketplace orders, ensuring fast, accurate, and cost-efficient shipping
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations - procurement timelines, vendor coordination, and order planning
  • Own warehouse and inventory management, including inward/outward flow, batch tracking, QC checks, stock rotation, and packaging control
  • Optimize inventory across platforms-brand website, Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, etc.-avoiding both overstocking and stockouts
  • Handle bulk order logistics, ensuring timely fulfillment and coordination with B2B clients, distributors, and partners
  • Reduce RTO (Return to Origin) by coordinating with CRM, marketing, and logistics teams to implement smart delivery, address verification, and follow-up systems
  • Build and enforce SOPs across dispatch, returns, and packing protocols to maintain efficiency and minimize errors
  • Work closely with customer service and growth teams to ensure smooth operations during high-volume campaigns or product launches
  • Collaborate with finance team for cost control, invoice reconciliation, and vendor payouts
  • Constantly explore and integrate new logistics partners, courier services, and fulfillment tech to improve speed and reduce cost
  • Maintain clear reporting and dashboards for inventory health, dispatch efficiency, return trends, and order issues
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for storage, labeling, and product 4-6+ years experience in D2C or e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics (preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG)
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management, pick-pack systems, and dispatch operations
  • Experience managing marketplace operations (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.) including listing coordination, order flow, and penalties
  • Proven ability to manage inventory across channels, reduce RTOs, and handle high order volumes
  • Familiarity with shipping aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, NimbusPost, ClickPost) and inventory tools (e.g., Unicommerce, Vinculum, etc.)
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and solution-oriented with experience scaling processes in a fast-growth environment
  • Ability to manage vendors, warehouse staff, and logistics partners across functions
