Job Description (Role)

• We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance and Operations Specialist to join our team at EduFund.
• This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of compliance related tasks and operational processes, contributing to the organization's regulatory adherence and operational CS Coordination: Collaborate with the company's corporate secretarial functions to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Legal Agreements: Manage and oversee the preparation and execution of legal agreements involving non-HR stakeholders, including individuals and companies.
• Investment Operations: Handle the legal paperwork associated with investment operations, including the maintenance of ARN (AMFI Registration Number) and RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) compliance.
• Investor Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication with investors, coordinating signatures, and acting as a liaison to ensure a streamlined process.
• ESOP Maintenance and Updation: Monitor and update the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) documentation as required.
• Additional Compliance Tasks: Undertake any other compliance-related responsibilities that may arise within the EduFund group, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in compliance, legal operations, or a related role. Knowledge of corporate governance, legal agreements, and investment operations. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  
  

Specific Criteria Required For The Applicants

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. CS is mandatory. 4-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Good communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, management and organizational skills.
